The Participant(s)/Purchasers specifically agrees not to file in person/through any family member and/or any third party any compliant, applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India against Urbn and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries to claim any damages or relief in connection with the Promotion or Contest.
10.Urbn reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to change the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion and to alter/vary or terminate the Promotion at any time without any prior notice in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control without any compensation. The Participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible, as applicable and Urbn shall not be liable for any loss to such Participants due to such discontinuation or termination. By entering the promotion or contest, the Participant agrees to such amended terms, prevailing from time to time.
11.By signing up for the promotion or contest, Participants give an explicit consent to Urbn to contact them at present and in the future for any communication related to Urbn products, special offers, events and other consumer engagements through official channels.
12.Prize and assured gifts are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable. The Prize and assured gifts cannot be negotiated or refunded, and by no means will cash equivalent be given. Only the Winner, and no other person or agent, may claim the Prize.
13.Any taxes as per the applicable laws, rules and regulations of Central/state government or local authorities shall be borne by the Winner.
14.Mere participation in the Promotion or Contest does not entitle the Participants to win a prize.
15.The Promotion is open to Participants aged 18 years or older.
