ACTIVITY CONSTRUCT
The User shall follow the below steps to enter the Activity:
Each Winner shall win 2 (two) IPL match tickets.
This paragraph shall be read in conjunction to and harmoniously with the remainder of these Terms and Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY
The User shall follow the below steps to enter the Activity:
- 1. browse the Platform to locate the Ball (i.e., the ball widget identical to a 'cricket' ball "Ball Widget") on the Platform;
- 2. click on the Ball Widget and be redirected to Ball Kahan Hai landing page;
- 3. answer the question correctly and stand a chance to win IPL match tickets (through a draw of lots);
- 4. choose their preferred city for the IPL match. Please refer to para 9.1(c) in this regard;
- 5. 3 (three) lucky winners will be selected by a draw of lots ("Winner");
- 6. Tata Digital will notify the Winners of their win through email on their registered email ID
- 7. Each Winner shall win 2 (two) IPL match tickets;
- 8. if the response submitted by the User under step 1.3, is incorrect, the Activity journey shall end for such User. However, the User may re- enter the Activity, on any day thereafter, during the Validity Period (defined hereinafter).
Each Winner shall win 2 (two) IPL match tickets.
This paragraph shall be read in conjunction to and harmoniously with the remainder of these Terms and Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY
- 1. Entry into the Activity is available to any User who:
- 2. is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
- 3. is an individual legal resident of the Republic of India and resides in a jurisdiction which legally permits participation in the Activity;
- 4. individuals from the state of Sikkim and in territories in India where participation in this Activity is prohibited by applicable law, shall not be eligible to win Rewards as per applicable laws;
- 5. has signed-in to (for existing Users) or has signed-up (for new Users) for an account on the Platform;
- 6. has set India as their current country in their account settings on the Platform;
- 7. possesses the legal authority and capacity to agree to the Terms of Use of the Tata Neu Platform, the Privacy Notice and these Terms and Conditions;
- 8. has a valid proof of identity and age; and
- 9. is not an employee of Tata Digital and/or its Affiliates
- 10. Each individual may enter this Activity through the use of a single User account only. Any individual found to have entered or attempted to enter into the Activity through the use of multiple User accounts shall be disqualified and ineligible to receive any Rewards.
- 11. A User will be responsible for determining his or her eligibility to participate in the Activity. Tata Digital shall be entitled at any time during the period of the Activity or thereafter to disqualify any User from participating in the Activity or availing of any Rewards on grounds of ineligibility

Tata neu blocked our wallet after delivery return period is over. Now blocked the wallet saying breach of term & condition.
When we buy and gave money then OK, till return period over it's OK. When cash back use time came they blocked wallet.
