The prizes are random, and are drawn luckily. The only assured prize ( which everyone gets on their email after completing any stage) is .tech domain discount coupon of 90% off for 1 year.
They are also “celebrating and respecting” first 50 codebreakers from a every country. ( I was one of the first 50 from India). But I don’t know what exactly it means. Most probably it doesn’t include any prize.

If you are asking about the stage1, question 1 solution-
Look at the question and the characters shown. Now look at the keyboard on your computer or smartphone. We have to identify the corresponding left key for every character given in the question. For eg: YJOTF translates to THIRD, since those are the adjacent left keys. The whole code translates to “APPLE S THIRD CO-FOUNDER”. And which means “Ronald Wayne”. If you still didn’t got it or have any other queries you can dm me.

I think that is question 1, of stage 2
if 1=15
and 6= 20.
