I use Kodi app(for streaming) and it needs a vpn to work. Windscribe has good ui to run on Android tv.

downloading speed coming in kbs

just took user data wasted my time i have better used free vpn or modded apk

Why German servers? Usually the Amsterdam servers give best speeds among all EU countries for a typical user in India. Also, all paid VPNs free servers are slow compared to servers available for their paid users even within same city.

No good vpn is free, all free VPNs basically sell your data. If you don't care about that then no issue.

No clear way to know but most likely if it is free vpn with not many restrictions then your data is being sold (like your browsing pattern).
