Usage wont be much but will be taking out everything from Google and move to Nextcloud
Any idea if this one is good or any other recommendations you can give?

Cheap dramless sata ssd can only maintain ssd write speeds of 300-400MB/s for first 10-20GB of data transfer beyond which their write speeds deteriorates to usb level 40-50MB/s write speeds. Now if you only ever download from internet then even assuming 1gbps connection which is still not so common in India the dl speed of 100MB/s won't be an issue for dramless sata ssd but as a NAS if you frequently copy 20-30GB+ of data to the dramless sata ssd then it will be an issue in the long term. Also, as dramless sata ssd fill their performance deteriorates so once you fill more than 50-60% of such dramless sata ssd the overall performance also takes a significant hit.

Crucial BX500 1TB went as low as 4800 sell price on amazon recently & I expect it to drop to even a bit below that in next few weeks. Use some 10% card offer & it will cost around 4k. In fact you can buy BX500 right now for around 4800 from onlyssd(sister concern of primeabgb, the biggest pc shop in Mumbai & one of the major distributor of various pc components in India).
