I think they committed fraud. Contacted over customer care chat twice, both acted like they know nothing about it and kind of surprised that I did not receive a coupon. I was asked to look at my inbox because of course, I am the fool.

No. Worse, they deleted two of my orders to reduce 11 qualifying orders to 9 and responded back I did not qualify. These two orders were delivered late and in each case, I had gotten back 200 inr coupon. I just could not find these orders in the app. Here is their response.
