Their app is sluggish hence discount disappearing sometimes.

Guys, my ordered shows it will be delivered by 2pm, but it is still not assigned to any delivery guys. What compensation does Zomato provide for not delivering within delivery time shown?
Same thing was shown for my order…no delivery person assigned…then it suddenly said your order is on its way, and 1 minute later order delivered at my doorstep…
their systems are slow right now,not updating…dont worry this is not foodpanda,zomato will not cancel.if they do,they compensate very well.

This only hype. Swiggy has 40 % off. Better than this. Also with uber eats. One full page ad in newspapers and you see the traffic. Indian customers are as foolish as possible
