I had bought this product before and regret my decision.

The usability of the plug is hopeless. Setting up the wifi for the plug is a headache-producing act. Once you conquer that level you will get frustrated by the next stage that you cannot control the plug using regular voice commands through your Alexa device. Even after you install the skill and sign in to connect the device, Alexa does not detect it as a standard plug device. So you will have to say the command in the form “Alexa, ask zunpulse home to turn on the plug” instead of simply being able to say “Alexa, turn on the plug” or “Alexa, turn on the geyser”. Another problem with this plug is the fact that it needs to be in close proximity of the wifi router else it will not detect the signal e.g. you plug in the device in one room but the router is in another room.

I would strongly recommend everyone not to buy the zunpulse devices until they get their things right.
