as per my knowledge cancellation charges on IRCTC itself is max 200 for cancellations done before 48 hrs

There are different slabs and 48hrs isn't the case here it's before chart + it's subjective what's the cancellation criteria is.... And yes this cones at a cost but there are sweet spots too... But not always beneficial
