I paid 10k hdfc cc bill ending with 7637 on 1st dec via bajaj finseev app. But its not reflected to my cc so i contacted bajaj they told take written from bank that they didnt received payment. So i mailed hdfc bank with trascetion no/reference no. They told that payment credited on wrong acc ending with 1131 .but how its possible i paid on correct cc. Any solution?

Bhai if it is not already publicly available on HDFC bank site then only way to access it is via escalation. Btw have you tried this email id often mentioned here:

Problem solved paid 10k on 7637 and its credited on friends credit card 1136 same Biller Reference Number HGA6P115E20356538079. But how its possible?

Please explain .... how did it get credited in your friend's credit card? You were lucky or something else?
OP got confused between the primary card and add-on card.
If you see, all his replies, he keeps on changing the numbers from 1131 to 1136.
And god came down on to the earth and reached HDFC bank and pushed the payment to his friends account. What a miracle!

Its not addon card both cc holder different. Bro screen shot me clear hai 7637 and hdfc bank told 1131 pe gaya lekin mai bajaj ka past cc payment check kiya mai 1136 pe 2 mahine pahale payment ek kiya tha . Lekin usape kaise chala gaya dont know
