Hi guys, Ordered medicine 1st time from 1mg and yesterday order delivered only 1 medicine is missing. raise complaint on their need help section and twitter. did they give refund for that medicine? or they give that medicine by placing new order (from their side)? guys did u face this issue? what is solution u got for this issue?

They'll refund after a few checks. Btw, In order section, there is return window open. Have u used that? Select, return items>items missing (update quantity). They refund within 24 hrs (even 2 hrs)
Yes you should get the refund although I have never faced this btw ask for re-order if don't want to get into the hassle of ordering 1 med again

Raise a complaint and they will refund the amount for the missing item.
Also, did you use the benefits/discount for a new user on 1mg?
Check the invoice 1st - online and physical, whether only one item is mentioned. Never happened with me before with 1Mg during last several years. If any part medicine is not available or is to be procured separately, they split order into parts and deliver the one available 1st, deliver 2nd one late or refund

return window is open but i want meds. so tell them on call that i want that meds. they tell tomorrow u will get resolution till 12pm but still didn't get reply from them

no bro. only one order in bill i can see that medicine price is charged. only that meds missing
thinking to buy their mg care plan but facing such issue. i don't think its good idea

Now 1mg care is waste
(Unless u buy 400-500 rs medicine regularly ) I never faced this type of issue although their customer care representative is dumb but resolution given by them is customer friendly
(Dont worry u will get your refund )
Edit- I got 2/3 times damaged products received refund every time without any issue
