Hi guys. Anyone have idea about 2 wheeler RC renewal process for Pune RTO.
What are charges.
Documents needed.
Timings.
Which office to visit.(sangamwadi/fule nagar).
I did not find any online process.

which office to visit depends on the passing of ur vehicle..check the passing and then check the RTO from parivahan site
Went to samgawadi RTO today.
1st thing. You need to get ur vehicles digital record uploaded.
Its free of cost. Need to submit rc xerox. It will take another 2 days to reflect.
(This could have done online by them)
Agent charges 200rs for the same.
After digital record reflected, then need to pay online. And later… is still not clear…
Still not sure after online payment one needs to go samgawadi rto for paper check or directly go to fule nagar rto for vehicle inspection.?
1. Submitt paper RC and insurance xerox at sangwadi rto if your vehicle digital record is not present. Without digital one can not apply. This will take mac 2 days to reflect.
2. Enter your vehicle registration details on parihan site.
2a. apply for rc renewal by paying 550rs.
2b. Your rc renewal application form will get generated. Take print out.
2c. pay green tax of 2000rs online.
2d. Take print out green tax payment.
2e. No online appointment booking supported for pune.
3. Now on rc renewal application, paste your photo, take stencil of chassis number (no special space provided for this, so better take it where it can be clearly seen on paper) and get your online puc too.
4. Make sure vehicle headlight, breaklight, indicators are working.(these were checked in my case)
5. Take above print outs, original rc, aadhar xerox as address proof, insurance xerox, puc xerox and present with your vehicle at fule nagar rto before 11am.
6. Here, your vehicle will be inspected and form will be signed by rto officer.
7. @same rto, make your signed form entry at window no. 2
8. Now take your signed form and visit samgawadi rto.
9. Here, on your form, take the sign of deputy rto officer. In maun building
10. Take the photo of your form(for our reference) and submitt it there.
New rc will be posted to your address in 20-25days.
Done. You will not be getting any acknowledgement from rto.so our photo taken is a reference for us.
the system didn’t generate a receipt for green tax payment. now how to print the payment/ transaction receipt
