Step 1 : Using your genuine flipkart account, order regularly like once a month for 3-4 months until you get the option to activate paylater.
Step 2 : Activate Paylater and make purchases on Flipkart using paylater for 3-4 months. It will build your Experian while Cibil takes time.
Step 3 : Download Onescore and apply for Onecard [on the basis of your Experian report], you will be approved.

Criterion is as per them, no fixed definition. Also this card is only good for making international transactions as reward rate is not that good compared to other good cards like simplyclick/icici amazonpay/axis flipkart. Other major advantage is this card is issued with zero documentation/income proof just on the basis of your cibil/credit score & bank statement(older version, not sure about latest updated version).
