I placed an order on 10.5.23 medicine order worth 532 on 10.5.23 and order was delivered on 15.5.23 , but still above neucoins not credited in my account.WWritten mail to cc , and got reply that issue will be resolved in 72 hours.
As per t&c: Once the order is delivered, the 175 NeuCoins will get credited within 48 hours.
And the additional 150 NeuCoins will get credited within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Any one else facing this issue??
