37 doctors of Delhi hospital test COVID-19 positive despite being vaccinated

It takes a few weeks to build immunity so looks like a case of bad planning regarding timing of their shifts with respect to their vaccine dose.

So what if they are vaccinated? Vaccination only helps give a much better fighting chance against covid but nowhere does it say people vaccinated won’t get affected by it.

Vaccine builds antibodies to fight it off and reduces the chances of criticality by multiple folds. People still get covid even after being vaccinated and can still be potential carriers too.
