5 GB add-on voucher redemption issue of JIO
My monthly data usage is 7-8 GB only. Also I have 2 5 GB add-on vouchers. So for this month I redeemed Rs 98 voucher (UL calling and 2GB voucher) which was bought before price increase and I thought of using 5 GB add on voucher, but I could not redeem the voucher. When I complained to them first they mentioned issue with device. I had switched to older device still I was getting the same error. When I complained they said voucher can be redeemed only if you have a plan of 199, Rs. 249, Rs. 349, Rs. 399, Rs. 444, Rs. 555, Rs. 599 and Rs. 2121. I am not able to understand the same from below t&c link. Where is it mentioned?

No, add-on benefits vc, which were issued long back and doesnt have validity mentioned, dont work with 129,329 plan. Havent tried with 98.
5gb vc received from 50 recharge do work.
Check what voucher it is.
There are two categories,
a. 5gb that comes with 50 recharge, has 90 days validity, this can be used on 98 plan
b. Add-On benefits 5gb, these were issued earlier, dont have validity mentioned, these can be used only with daily data plans, such as 199, 299 etc. But not applicable on 98, 129, 329 plan. 
You mean
Recharging for 1600 and activating 1299 plan along with data vouchers received with 1600 recharge.
That doesn’t work anymore?

Yes, only from Jio app/website.
It’s wrong info! I have been using those ones with 329 (not mentioned abv in op) for months. It must be something else, that’s stopping you from using those. Try again later..
