Tareek pe tareek is not limited to our 3rd class judiciary system anymore.
Every new jerk would say either there’s no such offer/I have not collected/I already got the invisible cashback and when pointing out to screenshots, they would escalate.
I’m tired. Can’t keep on begging them for their faults.
Will stick strictly to other bill payment apps from now on.

Happened with me twice on 500/50CB (UPI Offer) and finally they rejected the cashback both times.

Going through Amazon help tweets, I realized the more serious issues are from India. I wonder if we all write to jeff mail, which is sorted out by upper level staff, not the ones in india.
Maybe it’ll catch their attention and do some serious shuffle in the structure here and fire the ones responsible for every mess, esp the supervising/quality check team.

I have way better experience with Flipkart support than Amazon. I just pray I don’t face any issue in online shopping otherwise it’s so exhausting trying to reason with these guys

For me it’s Flipkart CC which is very hard to describe our problem and get any resolution most of the time. For Amazon only once cashback was denied and CC guy rightly pointed clause in TnC which resulted in rejection of cashback,rest everything better in AZ compared to FK.

Unless you are really bored, trying to get CB on amazon offers if it dont happen immediately is futile.. On a few occasions I have got CB a month or so later for some offers.. Once for installing their amazon assistant.. But no CB for playing amazon music or using the echo device etc.. I figure I get enough CB on other stuff like they had 500 CB on buying a phone.. which got added with another 1000 CB on certain phones.. on top of bank offers.. Which ended up I got a redmi power for 8500 and was cheaper than their product cost.. I got rs7 for paying 5000 CC bill.. on upto 300 back and a 2nd offer 10-125 on recharge bill payment.. Min is 10 so how 7? and both offers went away.. Its always a learning experience.. maybe why I dont feel guilty when people take advantage of bugs..

Amazon recruited or outsourced in bulk without proper training. Still there are few CC guys with complete knowledge of solving issues. And it’s difficult and depends on luck to get them on line.

didn’t get uber cb last month( spin and win), contacted cs, they told valid only on 1st txn(which is not true), left it. If cb is not credited automatically, it’s better to leave it. Not worth to have dumb conversations with amazon executives.

I also haven’t got that cashback and I called them.
A super helpful lady understood the problem and raised the request.
Though, the CB involved is petty, I just wanted to raise a request as these issues are going unnoticed.
Firstly, the T&C mention that in case multiple offers are there, we get the best offer applied. But that hasn’t been the case for multiple times.
So, I raised this request.
Let’s see if she can actually resolve

Simply don’t waste ur energy, my personal experience with them is quite similar, didn’t receive 50cb on shopping 500 n above even after ticking all boxes…each chat support executive will sing the same song with very basic useless questions like, did u collect offer? Read tnc? Bla bla, u will endup being frustrated…..their rule is simple “milna hoga to milega” warna bhool jao

Me too got late cashback. Had ordered 3 items worth 580. Cashback was credited after 4/5 days as first 13rs then 37rs. It seems they have changed the rules.

Not just buyers having problems with amazon…

One of my jewellery product worth Rs 699 was sold on Amazon. Buyer used the product, marked some scratched on stones and returned it within 10 days policy. Amazon took more then 2 months to return the same product back to our address. It was evident that product cannot be sold to anyone. In order to prove the scratches, we required macro photography help to prove the scratches, which would cost us Rs 180 per shot and no professional would have visited us for one single shot. Therefore, it costs us the Rs699 + Delivery charges + other charges as loss. The another big problem is that it is always a loss for a seller to work with Amazon.

I wrote an email to Amazon CEO during the first week of Nov, 2017 as the issue was not resolved and wanted them to learn what is happening behind the scene. I shared the video links to let them know the facts including some other google drive links as well. You will be surpriced to know that they got my youtube channel suspended. And, one agent from the support team sent me same canned message like what I used to receive in past. Without even researching the details mentioned in the email which I wrote them, I was again asked which issue out of those mentioned in the email I wish to get re-checked. How insane is that? Means they dont understand simple things simply. They know that I have recieved 35% stock in damaged form and rest of the stock is still with them. And, in fact, I have paid them for returning the whole stock too. And, they these idiots are not able to understand simple things. No further contact from there end. And, I found it loss of time+money working with Amazon. Guys! Don’t repeat mistakes.
