File a complaint on

Pgportal

RBI OMBUDSMAN

Consumer forum

Simultaneously as amount is very big.

You will definitely get the resolution as already maximum time frame for resolution is over.

Duly enclosing all the correspondences, raise complaint with RBI ombudsman. You will get 100/- per day compensation too

Paid from which bank ? Try raising dispute there. Once I faced similar, and raised dispute with indusind, received refund in couple of days at that time
