No issues, tried it myself multiple times, have been using computers since 1996 (i386) and internet from 2001 (dial-up)...

** recently, did a "wifi" shutdown day, didn't recharge as friday offer is a day away, my kid was "horrendous", I kept calm and cooked good food and enjoyed, waited till 12am and recharged with 100 off using mobile data, LOL

I live in a remote village of UP and often without electricity.

Though We have 4G and sometimes 5G in specific locations.

I was in Bengaluru 7-8 years ago and then in a Tier 2 city and now in a village.

I sometimes miss my days there in Bengaluru but overall I enjoy the privilege of being here.

One day is fine for me. Even upto 3 days. Beyond that, it's unimaginable.

There was a time in WB (till I was in the 12th class) when we had about 6-10 hrs of daily load shedding (mainly after 6PM) and even before the exam day, a candle-lit preparation with palm-leaf hand fan (drawn by mother) was a common phenomenon that I didn't used to care and was among the top 10 students in school consistently...

Even, we kids enjoyed playing in the community playground (hide-n-seek etc) in the dark, we used to roll in the grass when there was lights out and temp was around 40deg C and watch the full moon with the sounds of coconut leaves rustling in the summer breeze... what nice days!

Looks like some people have not experienced living in Remote rural areas or camping in remote places.

Though It would be very difficult in scorching summer heat.  Though I had experienced that too.

No internet, No Mobile ( any telecommunications), No electricity, No human contact, for a day or more. I've been through all.

It's Blissful Solitude... which turns into boredom... Which turns into profound self-realizations.... eventually.

PS: No access to any drinking water. That's real challenging

No access to latrine, have you? I did... shitted in a field, wiped off with mud and put a banyan leaf between my ass and pants (so that it doesn't stain) and later cleaned off when got a proper bathroom after hours...

Oh, did biking for 50KM in those conditions... can share many more if DD doesn't object...

** Not to dishonor you (you play mind games and are a statistician), be frank and let yourself out than the customary statistics...

No. Hell no.

I have a relative living in a remote like area (not a typical village mind you). I used to go there during Durga pujas like 10 years ago. On the first year itself, i enjoyed the experience of a non urban lifestyle only for the first few days. Then it just became annoying. More I stayed more disgusting and intolerable it became. I don't go there anymore. Can't imagine it.

Without internet is fine for a day or two, but why would you want to live without electricity at first place? Anyway! Life must be simple, not disgusting or substandard.

I agree with your feeling, but I don't think 'disgusting' would be an appropriate word for not having electricity.
