I have always had this question and what to know the opinion from the consumers side.
We all have seen that the referral programs started by various companies are either too rewarding to the point that its exploited by the customers and is shut down or modified very quick
On the other hand others have too low of a reward to which no one even pays attention.
According to you what would be a ideal referral program that to some extent benifits everyone involved like the referer, referee and the company itself. For example what would be a ideal referral program for a wallet or a bnpl company?

I guessed while asking that someone would think like this because of the everybody's benifit statement.
Not a employee but got a related problem statement for college competition. But have this question genuinely from a long time.
