Hope you are having fun on this great platform.
From the past 3 years , whenever i do blood testing (i do fullbody check up twice in a year).
I found, my uric acid to be 9+ (which is very high), though i never had any symptoms like pain n all.
Once i took 3 month medication course as recommended by doc. Level reduced but after stopping medication the levels again 8/9+.
M a pure vegetarian and never drink in my life, that's the ques asked by doc everytime.
Sedantry lifestyle is the reason as they say if doc has nothing else to blame on.
Recently, (last 4 months) m observed a knee pain while squating or climbing stairs, m suspecting this cold be due to high levels.
I tried lemon juice ,quit some items like corn but there is a threshold, how long i can go with these restrictions.
Is there any permanent solution or anyone suffering from this wants to share his experience, feel free to, tia.

Avoid eating the seeds of veggies, lesser dal, hope you got it...
add banana stem (inner white part), banana flower and raw banana to your daily diet. you will see results in 2 mths. make sure to drink 4-5 lts water as the alkaline banana products react with uric acid to create salts that need to be washed out or will become kidney stone.

you can cut it into very small pieces and stir fry with tempering of mustard seeds. Some people also make sabzi with pumpkin.
Thanks, never heard of this, will explore
