I have 600 rupees stuck in refund from book my show since 2020 book my show provided the RRN number and everything else but payzapp did not refund me during covid there was some problem with their staff and they could not access information now they are going to discontinue payzapp (old one) so should forget about it ? i have all the proofs and things required ?

Try to complaint to rbi ombudsman.. may be you get some compensation as well

fight even for 1 rupee or even without it.. its not the question of amount but of rules & principle , who knows thousand of customer like u would get help by your case
