No need to delete. Yes a lot of foreign companies are exploiting by giving bribes to higher authority.

A lot of documentaries are there which prove the hazardous substances used by these companies and bribing the people to promote their products…(please add, anyone who’s interested in sharing)…

I remember when I went to Andaman Islands, it was very easy to fool the indigenous tribal people…just give them tobacco and get your farming done for a day!

I don’t know about you but almost a billion people of our country won’t know what ingredients are put into a given packet! It’s not only just the government’s fault (FSSAI is joke) but people are at fault as well.

I think that our companies should get some uplifting and promotions too. People’s brain are getting hardwired to think quality means western product.

But we can definitely shift our spending more towards indigenous brands. No one is asking to forgo electronics item and their brands. For those you have no option currently but for other items which are available in local brands and certainly better we can shift our spending pattern.

For comparison, baba used Patanjali sanitizer (120ml @ 55rs, MFG 3/20) & Dettol sanitizer (50ml @ 82rs, MFG 2/19) and started shit posting that..Patanjali offers 2x benefit over dettol and that shitty comparison got 21.5k retweets and 94.1k likes (Majorly Sheep w/o brains n common sense*)
I mean..which idiot will do that? When every manufacturer started selling sanitizers at new prices much before this tweet happened ( 50ml @ 25rs, 30ml @ 50rs, 200ml @ 100rs…..

I want to clarify one thing. See buying indian products are good but there are some products that an Indian company do not have capacity to make. Even the indian military imports their equipment. I assume you guys know basic economics but being in closed economy will only cause loss to india. If India stops to import it is pretty clear that India will also have to take a step back as an exporter. You don’t even know the package of your biscuit is made in another country. We don’t want the situation like 1980s when india didn’t had enough money for their expenditures. After the reforms of 1991 only we are able to receive inflow of FDI, cash by opening our border for international trade. Insted of fighting, stop for 5 mins and think the other way.
