Abhi bus services feedback

Dear Abhi bus team,

Today in night journey from Mumbai to Hyderabad i experienced worst journey in Abhi bus services.

While travelling in bus from Mumbai khalamboli suddenly bus got fail (breakdown) approx 11:25PM all passengers including me are get down from bus and standing on road and waiting for another bus since 2hours. Atleast they stop one bus which is last service bus.

They made very bad adjustment in that bus. Through out night i did travel by sitting 3 members in single sleeper cabin along with luggage.

This shows how poor mangement and worst arrangement services provided by Abhi bus.

For your information here I'm sharing the break down bus details you may check and confirm about my feedback

Abhi team if you are really seriousness towards the passengers greviences please take the necessary action against to bus maintenance team .... find out the root causes of bus failure investigate throughly and enforce your action on voilators (offender).

Once again I would like to conclude my experience with Abhi bus services is worst.
