I need personal loan but ICICI Bank where i have salary account needs 2year experience.
And other banks websites also mention atleast 1yr experience.
Any way to get loan without work experience?

Cred cash (loan) has tie up with idfc bank. If you avail cred cash then u won't get p loan from idfc even if it's pre-approved from idfc.
