I accidentally purchased the Big Bazaar gift card, I thought I was buying a Bigbasket gift card but it was Big Bazaar and the main problem with this gift card is that I am living in Delhi and all the Big Bazaar outlets in Delhi, UP, and Haryana are permanently closed due to the dispute between Reliance and Amazon which is why I am unable to redeem this gift card. I tried purchasing online but this is an offline gift card and Big Bazaar has stopped delivering online too. Is there anything I can do with this gift card?

I agree if all stores closed down then how will you redeem? Explain to CC no store nearby
And if your voucher value is less than 5k then better to sell at loss of 10% or so instead of taking headache of claims and all because it will cost you the same/more amount of resources if you wish to claim
