they are saying that once you purchased the gift card there is no cancellation or refund

I agree if all stores closed down then how will you redeem? Explain to CC no store nearby

And if your voucher value is less than 5k then better to sell at loss of 10% or so instead of taking headache of claims and all because it will cost you the same/more amount of resources if you wish to claim

they are saying that cancellation or refund is not in their hands, once someone purchase gift card it’s totally depends on the seller of the gift card who can refund which in this case is big bazaar

Thought the seller is Woohoo/Qwikcilver (similar to Amazon/Flipkart gift vouchers) but yes, seller is big bazaar

Any dispute shall be referred to Future Retail Limited (FRL) and the decision of FRL shall be final.

I just you to wait, stores are not closed they are undergoing a renovation and I think it will be accepted. Even I have 6K in my profit club card and future pay wallet.

Then i would suggest you to pls wait. Slowly things will be sorted. Andas you live in ncr area, so those store will be first to reopen as well.

Not sure as their stores are operational and i got very little experience dealing with gyftr 
Also, its Titan that is issuing the vouchers

You can try taking advantage of this point but chances are very less that they’re going to get convinced
