Account closed by Amazon

Few days back I created a new account on Amazon.
Today I placed 2 prepaid orders one from the Amazon fresh and one from the Amazon pantry for 2 different states.
But I got a message that your account is closed for violation of services and now I am not able to login in that account.
I just want to know whether is there any way to reopen that account and if not whether my orders will get delivered or I will be getting refund for the same as I made payment through debit card..

I sometimes do this if my friends account has some offer coupons which i don’t have.

@7dipanshugulati561 It’s common for amazon to ban customers in US and very hard to get it unbanned. I know a girl who is customer care full time payroll employee for amazon India and she said they don’t have access to unban accounts as it’s done by AI. Even they don’t know what causes account ban.
From what I’ve come to know, even if you keep creating new accounts, they will simply ban that one. Their AI is very good at that.

IN or US, people got their accounts unblocked by mailing Jeff (including me)
Amazon’s AI is the laziest thing (Deliberately made to work this way) u can find among popular e-comm channels & NO Amazon doesn’t Auto-ban multiple accounts ( Same or different IP/device )
The reason why Amazon IN is actively banning closing accounts is “Multiple Apay wallet accounts” – Which shouldn’t be allowed according to RBI rules. If both accounts are KYC-Verified, then there won’t be any account closures
Ur order will be cancelled automatically and u will get refund
a slightly offtopic question…. i have made a slew of cancellations recently , can this lead to account ban??? most of them due to hdfc card merchant not showing smartbuy and some donot want. i have been a customer since amazon came here and have done 1000 of orders and 100s of order cancellations. have returned a tv today due to an issue also. last year got my flipkart account banned due to voucher use and frequent returns and multiple mobile orders.
Cancellations (prior to shipping) don’t affect your account health much (Amazon). If there are too many, then your account might be put on hold for security reasons but nothing like permanent ban is going to be enforced
But cancellation post shipping are considered as returns and if the return count/value is less, then there’s nothing to worry
