I need two wheelers insurance, thinking to buy acko ,but need your opinion
1.service in non metro cities
2.claim settlement easy or difficult?
3.customer support ( means there conversation/ help on phone)
They have garages, however unless it is some thing major, they prefer settling for cash reimbursement
Like you file a claim, with all evidence, they will analyze, and come to an amount
if you are ok with it, they will pay you, get it repaired yourself where ever you want
