adani wilmar ipo shares alloted but groww says shares not allotted

i have applied  adani wilmar ipo shares for my sister she had received allotment as i received message from cdsl that shares are credited and thr registrar also sent mail that shares are alloted on 4th feb but today around 2 pm she received a mail from groww that says adani wilmar  shares not alloted but the thing is in groww also i can see adani wilmar  shares are alloted for her and i verifed holding too just now . so what can be the issue. 

one important point my sister name is ullta in pan i.e instead of  AB CD her name in pan is CD AB . so i am thinking can they remove shares after alloting due to this issue
