has anyone changed address in sbicard portal just with otp?
do we need to submit kyc docs?
i have to get my sbi renewed card.
i can see they are just asking otp on update address page.
path sbicard homepage – my profile – address tab – update button and end of page below is mentioned.
Click on ‘Generate OTP’ to get the OTP and update your personal or official address.
The One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
as i recall earlier they asked to submit kyc docs on this page and no otp option was there.
so would i get my renewed to upated address just with otp and without submitting kyc docs?

SBI asked me to send a scan of letter ‘requesting for address change’ with signature along with KYC docs
No chance of changing address with OTP.
How to get sbi simplyclick card? I was issued simplysave which is total crap with respect to online shopping rewards. Any idea guys

You can upload address proof and do it online. They don’t do it without address proof. Takes around 15 days.

You need to provide KYC docs for addresss update. SBI also goes one step further and sends an agent to the address to verify if you indeed live there. I went through the whole address update drama only last month.
