My permanent address (Aadhar Address) non serviceable So I applied for RBL, YesBank, AU, SBI and IDFC cards using current address details (No address proof)
Now I am living my permanent address & want to update my aadhar address in credit Cards but I am worried if I update non Serviceable address r Bank will close my credit card......
All mentioned CC only 5-6 months old but yesterday I lost my IDFC CC & I want to order replacment card but card will be delivered on current address and I want to card on my permanent address.
So my questions are:
#If i update non Serviceable address in my cc, they will close my cc or not?
#How can I update address in my mentioned cc? Online or Branch visit?
#No RBL Bank branch available nearby location, online address update possible?

No, they won't close the card, Due to my wfh, I have changed the address of many cards including amex and SC as well. Which provides service in specific cities.
They are continuously providing all services in my tier 3 city as well including card replacement.

Bhai I want to update address in CC according to my aadhar address....so I would provide aadhar card copy as a proof.
Once you received the card, they won't close it. Serviceable area is required when you are applying for new card.
@Spanjaykumar or anyone who have AU bank card confirm me if AU sends card details in email ?
I am in the same boat - card approved and sent to communication address and I am at my hometown.
AU bank app asking me card details to authenticate and move ahead.
They wont close your cards after its issued and you moved to a non servicable area. For address change idfc needs branch visit to fill address change form there. SBI you can do online through app only. Rest i cant comment on
