Not really sure how many of those who are 'celebrating' really get what Adi Shankara philosophy is.
It is just not merely reading or preaching or memorising the teachings. Only those who do intense Sadhana will understand the Advaita. Others do understand but in what sense? The mind just tricks one that you got the whole of vedanta.
The only path is intense Sadhana, nothing less than it can get one anywhere.
