How bro but this is very frustrating that someone does the fraud and later he changed the username so no one recognised him
I found the way to change user name
But this should be stopped as people will change username and does the same again .
yup, changing the username proves that he wants to hide himself and continue doing so with someone else.

Admins don't support fraud and they don't change usernames if this post is about the recent conflict between Flash and longlivesoonusood then The user himself has changed his Username.

Now how will be identifiy the user again if he does again

I have created a Google doc (link), it will automatically fetch the current username of the dimer, as they are allowed to change the username.
I can permit admins or highly trusted dimers to maintain the sheet and pin this in trading section/groups.
Only the user profile link needs to be added, the username will be automatically fetched/refreshed every hour.

PS: its easy to hack and modify any username of the forum without even user permission. There is no bounty program here so let it be unfixed.
