Hi Dimers,

Could you guys please suggest best possible way of payment of LIC Insurance Premium - 25k & 16k respectively, so that maximum cashback/ discount can be received?

Have Credit cards from all the major banks- Axis Ace, Amazon ICICI, HDFC Regalia, FK Axis, ICICI Sapphiro, IDFC Select etc.

Kindly let me know the best advice ..TIA!!

Next time , Apply for Axis Bank LIC signature Credit card. It is LTF and it provides a flat 2% CB on LIC premium payment without any cap. I also use the same.

No point if someone already has amazonpay card.

That card gives reward points, whereas Amazon Pay ICICI credit card gives cashback. Cashback > Points.

It's risky as it may go under insurance/utility category so no cashback. Buying gift card first and then using it is better.
Or just directly pay via Amazon ICICI card if you want to avoid gift card route.

Problem is icici cb inside amazon and I can't use it unless I buy more things.

Will axis ace give 2% if you buy gv? Where would I buy. Gyftr?

I also heard you get 5% upto 1000 in hdfc millennia if you pay insurance through amazon

Is 3rd option payment via hdfc millennia cc through apay working?

Axis freecharge credit card will fetch 5%, (although it will charge 1% + gst on premium amount).

Have you personally tried it recently?
