Advice regarding suspicious sms received

Hi guys, so i just woke up at 4:30 am and i checked my phone and there were two suspicious sms on my phone:
First was from BZ-CKYR,
Dear Priyanshu, your CKYCRR record bearing reference 300******** was fetched by PhonePe Private Limited on 27/12/2024.-CERSAI at around 1:45am

Second one from VM-RummyC at around 2:21am, it contained an otp for loginning in

I have never applied for any loan or anything, then why did i receive this ckyc records being accessed without my permission, this is making me quite nervous and anxious, like is this some kind of fraud or scam? Because i never click on any suspicions links or anything either, then why did this happen, please someone guide about me about this, neither do i play any kind of gambling app, so why the otp sms either, either tho I'm quite sure nothing much can happen if i don't share otp ig? Please just anyone share opinions what's happening here

Ignore that rummy sms, it can be triggered either by mistake or by spam sms script...

Sent a mail to nodal officer of phonepe from the list in this link, that cersai ckyc team link for contact is not opening showing a blank page, should i send mail at the email id given in the notification? [email protected]?

My brother also received ckyc sms of someone else from NESF slice he contacted ckyrr she asked for mail now NESF replied they have identified the issue and working towards resolving it
