Come visit Delhi & Ncr 😝
I look forward to the time when we need to worry about the "Light Pollution" which a lot of people don't even know is a thing.
It's so simple if you practice. Blow air through mouth and immediately inhale through nose.. Polluted suspended particles foonk se door udd jaayega and you will get pure air to breath in. Aur Yoga ke points alag se milenge 👍

Please Elaborate...
Millennial or earlier gen might remember the starry night sky they used to see. I remember my childhood seeing the sky full of stars & constellations but now it's all blurry up there one might get a slightly better glance after 2-3 Am but even then it's not clear even the outskirts & hills are not that clear now. Just for consideration the milky way galaxy is visible from every part of the earth.
Leave the sky I am sure majority of us don't even see the sun rise or sunset due to the buildings or houses around or cause many are living in high rise apartments.
That's just the part of the problem here is a simple explanation
"Light pollution, or artificial light at night, is the excessive or poor use of artificial outdoor light, and it disrupts the natural patterns of wildlife, contributes to the increase in carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere, disrupts human sleep, and obscures the stars in the night sky."
Although we got bigger pollution to worry about even the noise pollution don't even get it's credits which is also at severe level. So maybe one day we don't have enough problems so that we can worry about this one.
Yes it can harm lungs slowly. It's not an immediate killer, more like a slow death so living in highly polluted areas for 25+ years is sure to cause respiratory damage. Some people are more sensitive than others, I also sometimes get sore throat. I use an air purifier at home. Sometimes if it's too polluted outside, I wear N95 mask (and yes people stare at me as if I am some alien from Mars or as if I didn't get the memo that covid pandemic has subsided). I agree to look like a weirdo and people staring for wearing mask.😂 I plan to move from Mumbai at some point to avoid the pollution from Oct-Nov to Feb period. It's terrible in crowded suburbs - just as bad as Delhi.
