I have airtel 5g connection in iphone 14 pro but every time it is not working inside home and work only outside home at gate entrace living in ground floor

Unaware which all bands that iphone has.
Have you crosschecked if the issue can be recreated on other devices too?
If issue persists then, Airtel can or should send a field executive to test the signal strength at various places indoors.
(They have their own way. 17-18 years back, in one of the four metros, an operator had sent someone. They had specific/custom device, software on the then regular phones.. to check α, β, γsignals from different/nearby cell sites.)
Use Airtel Thanks app and raise service request about connectivity. Raise the request from the location where you are facing the issue and give details. Let the app go through the checks and it the issue is detected by the app, airtel will assign a technician and mostly your issue will be solved within a week.
High frequency short wavelength.
Airtel 5G is like retrofitted car. Most of it is 4G with some 5G thrown in. So if 5G signals are weak, phone promptly switches to 4G. Hence they call it Non Stand Alone (NSA).
For proper 5G experience, switch to Jio. Jio has the advantage of refarmed CDMA spectrum that they obtained via backdoor through Reliance ADAG. Low frequency, higher penetration power.
