Not till updated by axis on website itself

They can't change just like that. Customers need to be informed 30 days before. Issue is with Airtel guys who removed cc option to pay.

Only the first image not mentioning the 10% utility. All other have this detail. We have to wait and watch..

True, but it's axis! May be its from next month. Idk there's no official notification, customer executive told this, but how great are these axis customer executives we all know.. 

R u getting cc option while paying bills like electricity in airtel updated app. If not updated yet don't update

I am now getting option in jio prepaid recharge 

Getting option of Credit Card in both old and new APKs

Just the issue is while paying utility bill through New APK, the merchant name shown is AIRTEL instead of ABPUTIL through old.

yes this is very old issue bettr use old one but issue is transaction remains pending and its reversed

i was paying gas cylinder bill 3-4 times in last week

Seems Ola is now removed from preferred merchant list. Didn't get 10% cashback for ANI Technologies this month. Was getting till last month.

They have to give atleast 30 day notice to customers before making any such changes.

Axis and Airtel combo is a bit dangerous - either of them can pwn you if not the other Axis' reputation as a bank is the worst, (although their CCs are good), and Airtel is Chortel after all

you had any utilities bill reversal ? system considered only 1% for reversal, they will reduce the extra cashback in next cycle don't worry 😜

Cashbacks are kind of bait. hype the card. Withdraw incentives. Add additional charges. Best way to trap idiots.

Lets say there was a utility payment of 500 for which system calculated 50rs as cashback now the transaction got failed and reversed in 3 working days and reversal of 500 system considered the cashback to be reduced as just 1% which is 5rs
so remaining 45 gets credited as cashback

the additional 45rs would get deducted in subsequent billing cycle automatically mostly
