Today received September Month statement for Airtel Axis Bank Credit Card. Again there is issue with Cashback. Did two Cylinder bookings last month. Both are not tracked. August month statement also had issue with Cashback. Tired of following up with them. After sending email to Nodal Officer, it says it will take 90 days to resolve the dispute and get the Cashback.
Are you guys facing the same issues?
Not getting option of payment via credit card for doing any bill payment on IOS airtel thanks app. Anyone facing this issue?
Received correct cashback for this month although I had got "Airtel" merchant name for recharge and utility bill payment 🤩
Does this mean now they are tracking cashback correctly irrespective of merchant name? Did you guys receive the correct cashback for this month?

Hello ALL,every day i am getting message and notification that i am prequalified for airtel axis credit card.but when i try appying in app ,it is showing no curated offers at this time...how to fix it?
I have the same issue, the only difference is that I am already having this card 😄....I had applied directly by calling Axis Customer Care.
This card started having same issue of merchant again,
Got the statement today, both for utilities and airtel payment giving only 300 cashback per month ,
Getting airtel payment bank merchant for all payments.
You won't get 25% cashback for airtel payments now ,
Useless card now , nodal office and pno also of no use
Terms are still the same
Got correct cashback for this month because I did not do any bill payment in this month. Also my pending cashback for last month posted yesterday.
