Close the card. They are intentionally doing this to not give cashback. Classic chortel axis partnership
Are you using the latest app?
Old interface is gonetry with newer interface.They have segregated properly now correct cashback coming with new interface (black).
Try login to airtel app in another phone
I guess you need to do a clean uninstallation of the app and reinstall it then try again. I'm able to select the card and get the OTP. So, it's possibly an app-related issue rather than the card-related issue.
same card works fine for paying airtel bill but says technical problem for electricity bill or lpg booking.
this is happening for last 1 mth
Yesterday i paid e-bill and water bill via airtel axis card, worked smothly.
Which app version you have? Android noe?
Same issue this month again. Uninstalled and then re-installed the app but utility bills are not paid.
