I want to opt for airtel black combo for dth and fibre .
As when I directly raised query for fibre ,it showed no avaibility but through black support they are saying it will be done .
Can anyone tell your Airtel black plans or experience
Executive telling me that they will combine 998 plan for postpaid sim (1 main and 1 add-on) and fibre plan of 499 (including get 590 )in my package and that will cost me about 1600 from second month to six month and 1800 afterwards.For first month only 500 rs towards installation is payable for fibre .Nothing else for xtreme box or any hardware.
Airtel Service is my area is decent .So thinking of opting for postpaid if value is added in plans as monthly spend towards mobile numbers is 300 each.

I have Airtel xstream fiber and dth linked to my jio number.
It shows Airtel black in app
I got fiber last month and asked him to link it to my jio number. It shows Airtel black in app
what is the box charges ?
yeseterday asked about it ,they said it’s free under promotion .
Now saying 2200 additional for box .
jio fiber plan 999 has dth and internet. Buy whichever sim you want with remaining 999 😄
jio is not available in area that’s why going with airtel.
otherwise jio would have been first priority .
no decent isp is available in my area who is providing good service right now .
1598 + gst for 2 postpaid connection and fibre + landline upto 200 Mbps

I read somewhere that the airtel extreme box lags heavily..
Also..if you don’t do timely payment.. even free services like YouTube won’t open in Xtreme box ..
I would suggest you to get a firestick or android box..

I’m using Airtel Fibre (499+GST) + Xtreme dth (220) + one prepaid connection (99).
Airtel has offered me to switch to Airtel Black plans but I rejected because they didn’t have a single plan without a postpaid connection and very poor mobile networks at my home. There are no mobile networks at all except for Jio which is very much frustrating.
@vhs.tenali do not have black which in my opinion is useless. I am on old 999 postpaid plan with 4 regular + 1 data SIM and separate 499 copper broadband. Do not see any usecase for DTH and use firestick.

The old school (erstwhile CUG type) plans are actually better in many cases.
Airtel Black is a loot.
STAY AWAY FROM IT
airtel should give bundles plans for cheaper but they charge you more.
Also keep in mind prepaid tariffs were revised recently, so postpaid is next in queue.
