Airtel Disabled Unlimited Pack Activation from Main Account Balance !

I have tried activating 399 & 449 pack from main account balance but not getting option of activation , also tried from Airtel App Same issue !
Anyone Facing Same Issue ?

For the time being at least I can see main balance option available for every UL pack in the app. *129# under “Unlimited Packs” lists every one as well. This should be available across every circle I believe. In *222# now only a couple show up.

Yes I have tried *129# , *222# but 449 & 399 packs not visible , also tried in app – In app packs visible but I see a discount of 20 for 399 pack and a discount of 50 for 449. Autoapplied and no option to remove coupon , main account balance option not visible at payment page .

Dont you need main balance greater than the pack price?
main bal wont be available as payment option if any discount coupon like 50 is getting applied.

In that case unless you can’t wait for a day or two contact Airtel CC on Twitter. Previously when they had removed activation by balance by any means I had got it activated a few times. Worth a try anyhow.

Have you dont this before? I saw they added airtel money into the regular airtel app. So all recharges now go to airtel money section.
Why do they keep changing app functionality like this. Now the main page is full of ads and not even sure where the SIM info is at. Before it would just show that on the main page and was useful when you had multiple SIM’s.

No help from twitter handle just waste of time they always say will be resolved and keep you updated but no resolution made !
But I had tried *121# and dialed many options to check offers where some hidden pack MRP 448 with validity of 82 days shown & activated by Main Account Balance !
Firstly got error after Dialling Activate option but succeeded in third Attempt
Hope this helps users want to activate long duration pack from account balance

Missed this thread earlier.
Dial *121*51# and select Auto Renewal option before due date. Select unlimited plan from there. It will use Airtel main balance and give 5 GB extra data which can be piled up for future use.
Airtel sucks lot nowadays….when we call customer care for any complaints or queries.i tried to activate 149 unlimited plan from main balance but its not showing options to activate at all.

Now you can only activate selected plans from main balance only…
Yesterday i wanted to activate 2gb/day plan but at last i had to activate 1.5gb/day that too for 1 month
399 Also Working From Main Balance.
Even I Can Activate 449 Plan Via Main Balance If Airtel Thank App Is Used.

Uncle Rick, where is the Plumbus ???
Try to do recharge and stop in middle of the process, then after few minutes you get a notification saying that pending recharge, click on that and do the recharge again. It will remove the auto applied coupon and you will get a option to use main balance.
