Airtel DTH signal strength and signal quality query

When the sky is clear i see signal strength as 70 and signal quality 13 out of 16 on the bar.
Isnt it supposed to be 100 and 16.
Do i have to call airtel to set it right? Is there anyway to boost both.
to get the signal strength goto settings->system diagnostics and click there on xtreme box

But when i call customer care technician visits, he says it is good as above 70 it shows green and below it shows amber.
Non HD channels i was expecting little more clarity than pixels showing on 55 inch TV.
Note:
Its been more than 11years i used any cable or DTH and airtel offered me both fibernet+dth for 699+gst with one 1yr xtreamplay ott benefits i took it.
So no idea whether its right or wrong.
Don't worry if it is working fine it's more than enough quality.
Yes. Maybe some alignment issues are there.
