i get 100 mbps speed on lan in 40 mbps plan. but on wifi i get 49 mbps

I was referring to the Jio Backup Broadband service. 

But even in case of Jio Fiber there's the Rs 199+GST which gives 1TB data @ 100Mbps with 7 days validity. So it's only beneficial for the base 30Mbps plan. Or in the unlikely scenario the 3.3TB monthly quota is exhausted.

I am using jio Rs.198 plan for last 15 days. Paid Rs.1668 in total for 5 months. Getting 10mpbs speed can watch movies without lag connected 6-7 devices simultaneously working fine. Daily usage is around 15-20 gb max though can use 1000 gb per month. Referral programme has stopped in jio. Got one landline number with free  unlimited out going my father loves to use landline phone so he is happy.

Need a broadband for CCTV. Will the jio 198 plan be sufficient for it.

One time only and yes it's available for all Airtel Network Connections including Ported too

10Mbps should be sufficient other than 4k streams. Jio Fiber includes a Fixed Voice number. You can use the Jio Join app in your smartphone(s) or even plug in a telephone into the router.
