Bro, what is the customer care number of Airtel money ???
Welcome to the world of Airtel Payments Bank!!!
There are many threads here. You need to write to them at [email protected] and they will ask you to submit kyc docs. You need to send them selfattested scanned copies of Aadhaar and PAN. Only then if they feel like releasing the debit freeze they will do so. They can take anytime from 2-3 days to 4-5 months. ATB
first of all i only have adhar card , i dont have pan card …… now what
True.. Better port out from Airtel.
What so with porting out? Can only Airtel register for Airtel Money Wallet? Don’t give Non Relevant Solutions
OP, very simple solution for your problem: Never ever trust Airtel its almost like Mobiwaste. Just leave Rs.236 think that you offered to God.
Lol it’s definitely not offered to God hahaha
Bloody mittal is using it.
Sala tieup kya hua tata se paise kya mile usko shares tho Airtel h udd rahe hai still he’s harassing their customers for these shitty reasons.
I think you uses same device and 2 account in airtel bank !
no , its first time iam using airtel payments bank
i will surely port out , but i cant let them take my money …
First of all relax and have patience. Just send your Scanned Self Attested Photocopy of Aadhar and write that you don’t have PAN. Since you don’t have PAN it may be slightly difficult. If satisfied (which they would be) they will unblock the account within a day but don’t expect unblocking now. I mean expect it on Monday or thereafter
Goes to any retailor give ur adhaar number &thumb impression get new password to open blocked airtel bank account in 2 minutes don’t worry very trusted airtel company
can i send this money to my bank account in present condition ….
No nothing can be done once it’s blocked now
same prblm with me. infact i create airtel wallet acc with diffrnt name. now i cant change my name & aadhar name didn’t match.
also they can’t reverse my transaction.
So now?
i did sme few transactions of 10k , total 60k and 5 of those transactions got declined/failed. i am a airtel payments bank customer and verified, called CC it’s been 6 days now, and my 20k is still stuck, they say it was successful trxnx but it wasn’t.
@sobirvs @abhishek012
lets flood the fb and tweet them
Trust me, I wish I had time to do this, but I don’t. However I am communicating with them over the email regarding the RRN numbers and telling them to reverse the amount. 20k is a big amount tbh.
Tell them to refund money to your bank account and you cannot provide documents , say you are not interested in unblocking and using airtel wallet
Bro it’s Airtel
They won’t even reply back if you don’t provide documents, forget about getting funds in bank account. I read somewhere that now RBI has given the permission to PPI providers to hold funds in case they believe the transaction was a fraudulent one.
If they don’t pay heed do a charge back request since your money is with them charge back request will be entertained clearly say that you are reluctant to provide your details over email
They don’t allow it. No reversals are done without kyc. You have to provide kyc docs. If kyc doesn’t match then u need to convert wallet to savings bank account.
Once freecharge blocked my account and asked for statements , I said refund my money I am not interested in freecharge wallet ,they refunded entire amount including freecharge credits
Airtel bank world panicfull bank iam use first time all money was stuck after complaint required pan & Aadhar sent unblock my account then shortout my problem. Take 7 working day maximum wait atlist
I just did simple thing , the day I saw this thread, I atonce usedup my 2 airtel wallets for recharges, now I have 2rs and 5rs in those two wallets, and never going to use their wallets or card for any purpose hereafter by loading single rupee, even though offers of good discount I miss, I want peace of mind and why the hell would I give my Aadhar or other details to chortel.
Rs75 cash back comes with hidden condition that you become KYC member or will be forced to do the same.
@GoogleCA You are not talking about which fraud is involved in OPs case and also gives an impression that you’re supporting Airtel.
Surely RBI would’ve told PPIs to respond or intimate the customer about issue.
A transaction can’t become suspicious or fraudulent just because Airtel feels/dreams so.
They just can’t get KYC wallets this way.
Airtel=Mobikwik = Shit
DBS bank is best, they will close the account by reversing the money where it was loaded #for multiple acc users only
Call 400 tell them all ur details like name ,dob etc ,in my case they open in less than a minute and also provided me a new pin ,at that time I was a normal user of airtel money and I issue a Vcard
Well Airtel is money sucking monster from long time. I am using it from last 3 years (yeah due to special circumstances had to use it). Why dont we stick to few wallets and dc/cc instead of joining all wallets.
Request everyone to empty their
Request everyone to empty their wallets and have peace of mind since they will surely screw you today or in future, their intentions are never good thats why they are also named as Chortel
Airtel Payments bank = Aapka Paisa block bank
Airtel is really a fraud… I had recharged my sim via best offers in my Airtel app …of RS 39….
Money debited from bank…but recharge failed… Even SMS reached early then Airtel app response…
Since 7th October…today is 20 October …no refund.. yet
Nowadays people not recharging airtel using only jio for everything , so Airtel brought a new way to earn money they cheated and looted customers before also now it is open loot
Well the Airtel harassment has started long time back, which has been quite unethical. But to support their activities, now RBI has recently come up with regulations wherein all Wallets have to be necessarily kyc compliant by Dec 31, 2017. Everyone here just need to take note of this as ALL WALLETS are going to request KYC docs from all users now until the deadline to be compliant. Non compliant users wallet will be closed out.
*
Making wallets mandatory KYC Compliant is a good thing actually – it will actually stop user harassment but not support wallets illegal activities like blocking of a wallet without any apparent reason.
It will in fact help genuine users greatly.
@hackerboys i hope u got ur reply which u needed from me atleast.
