Any plan with different benefit and/or different value will get overridden.

Due to the current hike in recharge plans i did stacking of plans on my number i had 379 plan with 22 days left so i did another 379 and then another 379 bringing it to total of 191 days validity but as greed never pays off did another recharge of 1498 and the existing and 2 other recharge from queue were overridden and 1498 got in effect from yesterday itself. Is there any way to get those 191 days back? Customer care is giving all lame reason that recharge has changed even though they are same unlimited calls and limited data plans but they are not even taking complaint for that. Anyone else faced this issue? And how to approach?

Escalate it to Nodal/Apellate authority. IIRC one fellow here had received refund in main balance in a similar case but the operator was Vi I guess.
Daily data plans gets queue even if plan denomination are different. For limited data plans like 379, 1498 denomination should be same for queue

Why on the earth any service provider activates new plan without giving warning or clear details about queuing, only Chortel can do
Ideally they should have rejected the recharge

Airtel and Vi planned for this. Most users won’t give complaint and will let it go. That’s extra money for them without giving any benefits. Jio has the best recharge system ever. Everything is ultra transparent. Even after 5 years the Airtel and vi cartel is still doing their old looting on unsuspecting customers.
I had 1 days Validity left and 14 days Validity left on another numberof 379 plan…. I did only 1498 rchg on both… N both show only 365 days Validity so plan starts immediately
For me I have stack 399rs plan and mistakenly recharged another 398rs plan yesterday but for me the new plan didn’t started.. It showing in the app as coming up plan.. Once my 399rs plan gets over the next 398rs plan will start and the unlimited calls date confirms the same. The screenshot shows the new increased plan per say now
Always remember you have to queue same denomination recharge in Airtel

@MasterShifu Had the same issue.75 days remaining of 379 plan, recharged with Rs 1498 and it activated immediately .

121 was excellent in my experience until the last year or so when even replies to my emails weren’t forthcoming. Nodal/Apellate replies in a few days.

No VAS/WAP auto activations since 2015 in my Airtel nos. And in each previous case refunds readily credited. No need to elaborate about Vi.

Adopt a wait and watch policy. It’s possible that AVOID will reinstate recharge via main balance in the future. Otherwise trying one’s luck by complaining to Nodal and/or Apellate Authority or even PG Portal is the only way. Can also be used for Play Store purchases. I had used on Saregama website. Zbigz etc.
