Airtel plan stack issue

Due to the current hike in recharge plans i did stacking of plans on my number i had 379 plan with 22 days left so i did another 379 and then another 379 bringing it to total of 191 days validity but as greed never pays off did another recharge of 1498 and the existing and 2 other recharge from queue were overridden and 1498 got in effect from yesterday itself. Is there any way to get those 191 days back? Customer care is giving all lame reason that recharge has changed even though they are same unlimited calls and limited data plans but they are not even taking complaint for that. Anyone else faced this issue? And how to approach?

Airtel and Vi planned for this. Most users won’t give complaint and will let it go. That’s extra money for them without giving any benefits. Jio has the best recharge system ever. Everything is ultra transparent. Even after 5 years the Airtel and vi cartel is still doing their old looting on unsuspecting customers.

Good luck.. I have many battles in past with Airtel and they accept the issue at their system. Finally they tell “Sorry, We cannot do anything about it”.

what is terms of queuing same denomination plan gets queued or only unlimited packs say i am on 455 6gb plan can i queue it ?

nope…nothing in terms but think twice before queuing confirm with CC multiple times. they have completely denied on any refund or any extension

Go and compaint it to nodal authority and then higher authority.

take print or screenshot of payment receipt , messages and everything which is there .

and complain it. Also call customer care tell your problem and all time start your call recording.

..

after grievance officer.

EVERY TIME CALL RECORDING MUST.

If it not work .. compaint to consumer court.

And 

Do it fast all steps.

it is not about money loss,it is about cheating and after that they are not serious about your compaint.

ITS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY .SO FIGHT FOR IT.

not really now. Airtel had updated and fixed this issue last month. For eg. I had 28 days unlimited plan with 1.5gb and then I have recharged with 2gb data plan with 56 validity and then 1799₹ pack. All of them are queued properly like jio.

@MasterShifu Hey, any update in whether you were able to resolve this issue? Unfortunately, I’m in same exact situation but gave up already and found this thread just now
