every 2 months Airtel is raising the minimum recharge
CCI and Consumer forum should act and stop this, if they can!! what an organisation this Airtel has become, Min 99 rupees without sms.
this is like East India Company raising taxes on farmers to support World War funds for Queen of Britain

What actually happens to those recharges then
If no plans are queued at the moment can I queue a different plan with a longer validity?

Has anybody managed to get the recharge using main balance done by filing a grievance at pgportal.gov.in recently? I have been promised that they would do it in a couple of days and it’s been couple of weeks with no action. It’s such a frustrating experience. They are not allowing us to use our own balance for our own recharges. Previously it was possible through ussd and airtel thanks app but they removed those options 4-5 months ago.
Try your luck with Airtel Nodal and/or Apellate Authority. For a period after introducing UL packs for the first time ever main balance couldn’t be used for recharges. At that time I had emailed Airtel CC and they had activated it from their end. But nowadays the normal email care doesn’t even respond in my experience so need to jump ahead.
Have you tried it recently, like in the last few days?
