I am unable to recharge my Rs 399 airtel pack using talktime balance plz help is there any way to recharge the pack as I have already have Rs 400 account balance for this recharge only

I think it depends on your balance…if you want to recharge 399 and have just 400..then close to 400 recharges will not show up…you need more accnt balance to do 399 recharge…..but pls crosscheck this with cc or anyother!

do u have coupons showing on your airtel app if yes then that pack wont be activated using the main balance check those unlimited plan which does not show auto applied coupon
