Airtel Thanks App Payment Failed No Customer Support

I pay credit card bills on airtel thanks app sometimes everything was fine until first payment fail
On 2nd November amount of 20000 rs credit card bill failed and money debited they showing a msg of payment refunded still no money received
Tried help desk on the app its not working not taking complaints
Checked for Contact Number and mail
They are saying your number is not an airtel number so we can't help
How do i contact customer care of airtel thanks app..?
How to get my money back...!?
Please help me out of this...!?

How do i contact customer care of airtel thanks app..?
If the transaction reference number or some identifier is there, then one can contact usual Airtel mobility support and they would transfer to the department which can assist with Airtel payments bank or Airtel thanks app issues.
For example, if I call 18001031111 and in the IVR options.. I select 'report loss of SIM'
then after entering some (any) airtel postpaid or prepaid number which still has an active plan.. system will connect to the human support.
They can then transfer to airtel payments bank people, to whom you can request to raise the SR, by pointing out the transaction details.
Else the payments bank has its own nodal officer and e-mail address too.

Last month also I faced the same issue ...would suggest to try with 10 rs first ...if successful then... Pay the rest amount.

My 3 transaction failed this month but I got refund within 3 working days for 2 failed transactions and One refund took 6 days.

If any one has the complaint number mail please share. IS Sbi uni pay is also same problem(No mail?)

don't worry, amount will be refunded for sure, but it will take time at least one week.
